Hereford High School’s senior class will celebrate their graduation at Whiteface Stadium at 7:30 p.m on Friday, May 22nd. In the event of bad weather, the ceremony will move indoors to the Varsity Gym. Each graduate will receive 4 guest tickets during graduation practice for use in the indoor ceremony.
General Information
Gates Open: 6:30 PM for families and spectators.
Clear Bag Policy: Only clear bags smaller than 12"x6"x12" are permitted. Exceptions to the clear bag policy will be made for those with necessary medical items after proper inspection at designated areas. Clear Bag Policy
Prohibited Items: No balloons, air horns, noise makers, cowbells, or signs are allowed, as they can obstruct views or make it difficult to hear names.
Wheelchair Seating: Available. Please contact Bryan Hedrick to make arrangements by phone at 806-363-7600.
Entrances: Two entrances on the home side will be available for easier access. One entrance on the visitor side will be available. Seating is first come, first serve so please plan accordingly. The visitor side will be open for overflow seating, but please note the stage will face the home side. Graduates will be broadcasted on the video board for easier viewing.
Photography: Professional photos will be taken by the HISD Media Team.
Parking: Parking all around the stadium will be available. The field house parking lot will be reserved for on-field staff only.

Those not able to attend the ceremony can view the event live online on the district's YouTube channel.
Graduate Instructions
Arrival Time: Graduates should report to the HJH/HPA Cafeteria at 6:30 PM.
Dress Code: Graduates will receive detailed information regarding the graduation dress code.
Post-Ceremony Information
After the ceremony, family and friends may join graduates on the field. Please remain south of the 30-yard line to give staff time and space to clean up chairs and equipment.
